Welcome to Asaybel Resort. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by our resort. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card to ensure funds are available. Full payment for your stay is typically due upon check-in, unless a different policy is specified for a particular package or rate.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies based on the rate plan and time of booking.

• Standard Rate: You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.
• Non-Refundable Rate: This rate is non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Late check-out may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Guest Conduct and Liability

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and not cause any disturbance to other guests.
• The resort is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest found smoking in their room.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Limitation of Liability

Asaybel Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property, except where such loss is caused by the resort's gross negligence. We strongly recommend that guests secure their valuables and have appropriate travel insurance.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Cannes, France.
